Why do I love music? Many, many reasons, but the top one is that it feels good, sounds good. It brings memories and creates new ones. I have long understood the benefits of music for physical and mental well-being. I remember as a kid how much I craved music. In college, often it was my study partner. Of course, when dancing and working, it is crucial. And creating music, well, then it helps both the creator and the receiver.
