Warming up exercises are integral to all workouts, whether resistance, cardio, yoga, etc. Here are some of our favorite warming up movements. At a lower intensity, these may also be used to cool down.

NOTE: In addition, these exercises can be used for strength and health, slow the movements and focus on form.
