Avoid extreme diets, no-fat, low-carb, etc.
Eat a variety of healthy foods
Eat organic, local foods
Eat every 3 or 4 hours, small meals consisting of carbs-protein-fats
Eat in moderation
Eliminate chemicals, additives, artificial ingredients, etc.
Focus on whole foods as main food sources
Hydrate daily, but remember, you can drink too much water
Reduce or eliminate trans-fatty acids
Take multi-vitamin/mineral per physician, powder or liquid preferred
