Healthy Recommendations

Drink tea in aluminum or glass mugs

Put drinking water in glass containers (try used kombucha bottles)

Exercise the mind via brain gym each day

Exercise the body with variety each day (key term ‘variety’)

Finish eating when I am content, not when food is all gone (leftovers for next meal)

Go to bed at first sign of tiredness (Sometimes that means 8pm)

Make shakes/drinks with blender (but not with juicer, there’s a difference)


Take daily digestive enzymes (eg, kombucha, sea greens, probiotics, et)

Keep electronics out of Bedroom (I don’t even have a clock in my bedroom)
