Recipes:
Meatloaf & Waffles (Mamie Duncan)
Mix ground beef, eggs, corn cereal, onions and crushed tomatoes.
Bake and serve with Waffles.
Oatmeal Fudge Drop Cookies (Mamie Duncan)
1/4 lb. organic unsalted butter
1/2 cup natural whole milk or substitute
1 cup raw organic sugar or substitute
1/4 cup organic cacao
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup organic nut butter
2 cups organic oatmeal
Mix first four ingredients in sauce pan until blended. Remove from heat for one minute. Add
vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal. Drop by tablespoons unto wax paper and cool in refrigerator.
Egg in a Hole & Sausage (Shirley Duncan)
Cut out center of bread, spread butter on both sides of bread, place bread in cast iron fry pan, crack egg into middle of bread. Toast centers as
well. Flip and serve with center on top.
Iron Cheese Sandwich & Salad (Shirley Duncan)
Place healthy cheese between two slices of organic bread. Surround sandwich with aluminum
foil. Use hot iron to heat both sides. Unwrap and serve.
Milk Pie (Shirley Duncan)
Roll dough to form crust in pie pan. Add organic whole milk and top with cinnamon. Bake in
oven until solid and lighted browned. Allow to cool in refrigerator
