One leg deadlift – 1×20

Burpees – 1×15

Superman

Pushup – 2×20, 2×15, 2×12

Burpees – 1×10

Squat

Lunge – 2×20, 3×15, 3×12

Burpees – 1×5

Plank – 1×1 minute

Burpees – 1×25
