CARDIO CORE WORKOUT 1

Supine one leg hip lift/crunch

Supine wide leg lift/paulina

Mountain climbers

Wide leg burpees/pushup

Ninja jumps/half burpees

Side lateral hop with two hand touch

Squat with lateral kick

Jump squat with two hand touch

One leg deadlift

CARDIO CORE WORKOUT 2

Reverse tabletop contralateral lift

Get ups

Alternating one leg pushup

Burpees

Half wide leg burpees/pushup

Side lateral hop, elbows touch floor

Pulse squat

Jump squat with kick

Circle squat

NOTE: Repeat 2–4 times.
